Qualifications

  • High school graduate or any vocational course graduate.
  • Can work for long hours.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months relative working experience but not required.

Jobs Description

  • Greet and welcome customers.
  • Take food and drink orders from the customers.
  • Serve and collect payment from the customers.
  • Ensures food supply and equipment are sufficient.
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining areas.

Bartender


Location: Quezon City

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years’ experience working as a bartender
  • Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred
  • Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required

Jobs Description

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed
  • Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
  • Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
  • Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times

Kitchen Staff

Jobs Description

  • They perform all the tasks in the kitchen other than cooking and serving.
  • They are the ones responsible for the hygiene of the kitchen and they have to clean so the kitchen remains clean before the surprise inspections.
  • They prep the kitchen before the chefs arrive to cook.
  • They have to remove the required ingredients from the pantry and have to clean and cut the vegetables in advance.
  • They have to assist the chefs if they require help.
  • They have to fill up the positions of the absent staff and complete their duties.
  • They have to report to the kitchen manager or the head chef.
  • They have to train any new members of the kitchen staff regarding the work culture of the kitchen.
  • They have to clean all the equipment that is used in the kitchen.
